The Viennese Winter Ball, an important fundraiser as well as one of the most elegant social events of the season, recently took place at Glessner Auditorium in Wilson Lodge, Oglebay. The ball generates funds for the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra. A highlight of the event is the participation of the Cotillion, featuring eight young women and eight young men, all seniors at area schools, who have volunteered their time for the Wheeling Symphony.
