On Saturday, March 21, from 5-7 p.m., The Great Bunny Detective will allow guests to explore the darkened museum by flashlight and find the missing eggs in this Easter themed mystery. Children and adults alike can hunt down and solve the mystery together. Easter themed treat bags will be available for all to enjoy and an evening with the Easter Bunny. (This is a non-scary event, and the lights will be dimmed, not off.) Cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child, with accompanying adults admitted for free.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, local crafters will be proudly showcasing and selling their unique, carefully handmade wares at the Craft Show. Tables are available for $20 for the first table, with each additional individual table costing $10. This pricing structure offers an excellent opportunity for vendors to set up multiple displays, enabling them to present a wider variety of their distinct and creative products to visitors.
A Spring Yard Sale will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 9. Reserve a space now at the community yard sale with tables priced at $20 for the first table and just $10 for any additional tables for early birds. This event is a fantastic opportunity to de-clutter, find unique treasures and connect with neighbors. In case of rain, the sale will be rescheduled to May 23.
Then on May 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., create a Fairy Garden plot at a free event at the museum. Be a part of creating the museum’s Fairy Garden. Enjoy an afternoon of painting, gluing and imagination. Each child will make their own fairy garden plot that will be featured in the museum’s fairy garden this spring. All supplies are provided, but guests are welcome to bring items to make their fairy garden house special. Please RSVP for this event. Admission to this event does not include the museum.
From 5-7 p.m. on May 30, the opening of the Fairy Garden will take place. All children that come to help welcome back the fairies will receive a set of wings and a handmade tutu, learn to plant a flower, hear a story, make fairy dust and more. All adults accompanying the children are admitted for free. The cost is $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional child.
