WHEELING – The Ohio County Public Library’s next Lunch With Books program will feature Joe Roxby and an examination of the an historic local outlaw.

The program will take place at noon on Tuesday, May 19, at the library in downtown Wheeling.

Roxby will discuss the man who went from hero of the first siege of Fort Henry to feared “Brownwater Pirate” Sam Mason, Wheeling’s first infamous criminal mastermind.
