Live Music: The Classic Rock Experience – 8 p.m. Saturday at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack. Featuring the music of Queen, Led Zeppelin, Journey, Styx, Pink Floyd and more, the tribute concert brings a night of classic rock hits to The Showroom. General admission tickets are $25. Must be 21 or older to attend.

Live Music: Aristotle Jones – 8 p.m. Saturday at Waterfront Hall. Appalachian soul artist Aristotle Jones and his HORNDAWG band return for an evening of soul, folk, rhythm and blues. Tickets are $20.

Album Listening Event: Bleachers “Everyone For Ten Minutes” – 2 p.m. Saturday at Nail City Record. Fans can hear the new Bleachers album ahead of its official release, with free swag and prize giveaways available during the event.

Album Release Party: Altared States “Last Rites” – 7 p.m. Saturday at Nail City Record. The local metal band celebrates the release of its new album with a free live performance, merchandise giveaways and gift certificate prizes for early attendees.

DJ D-Te – 10 p.m. Saturday at Silver Rail Bar & Grill. DJ D-Te spins a mix of old-school, pop punk and dance favorites during Ladies Night, with a late-night menu available.

Flashback Cinema – Sunday, May 17, at Marquee Cinemas. Enjoy classic movies on the big screen during the ongoing Flashback Cinema series, featuring Sunday and Wednesday matinee and evening showings.

Kelly Cup Playoffs: Wheeling Nailers vs. Maine Mariners – 7:10 p.m. Saturday at WesBanco Arena. The Wheeling Nailers host Game 6 of the second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs against the Maine Mariners.

FAMILY

1015 Main Street Pop-Up Event – 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at Capitol Theatre Ballroom. Families can enjoy crafts, games and story time activities during the free community event. Attendees also can enter to win tickets to Sesame Street Live and access discounted show tickets.

Create a Fairy Garden Plot – 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at Kruger Street Toy & Train Museum. Children can design and decorate fairy garden plots during the free hands-on craft event. Supplies will be provided, and RSVP is encouraged.

FidoFest 2026 – 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday at Warwood Garden Park. The annual dog-friendly community event features vendors, food trucks, adoption opportunities, demonstrations, live music, raffles and a parade for pets and their owners.
