WHEELING - The speakers at the Tuesday, July 14, meeting of the Ohio County Master Gardeners will be Linda Dunlap and Kathie Roth, Master Gardners and members of the Herb Society.
They will be talking about the different types of herb gardens and the different uses of herbs. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Vance Memorial Church, 905 National Road, Wheeling.
The Herb Society meets the first Wednesday of the month at the Ohio County Public Library. Each month there is a speaker who will discuss herbs or other plants. After the speaker, the monthly business meeting is held. The group also takes field trips. The object of the group is to share the knowledge of herbs and learn from each other. New members are welcome.
