FAMILY STORY TIME OFFERED -- The Ohio County Public Library, 52 16th St., Wheeling, will host Family Story Time at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 11. The free 30-minute program includes stories, songs and crafts for children and families.
SCIENCE DEMONSTRATIONS PLANNED -- SMART Centre Market, 1410 Main St., Wheeling, will host free science demonstrations for all ages at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 11. The demonstrations are open to the public.

WHEELING FARMERS MARKET CONTINUES -- The Wheeling Farmers Market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 11, in the St. Michael’s Parish Church parking lot, 1225 National Road, Wheeling. Farmers and local entrepreneurs will offer fresh produce, baked goods and other locally made products. Admission is free.
SENIOR SWIM OFFERED AT GARDEN PARK -- Garden Park Pool, 115 Viking Drive, Wheeling, will host Senior Swim from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 11. The program is open to adults ages 50 and older. Admission is $2.

MINERS TO PLAY FOR AAL CHAMPIONSHIP -- The Wheeling Miners will face the Columbus Lions in the AAL Championship at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at WesBanco Arena. AAL2 championship action between the Peach State Cats and Steel City Stampede begins at 1 p.m. One ticket provides admission to both games.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS CONTINUE AT OGLEBAY -- Oglebay Park Resort’s Skyline Kitchen & Bar will host its weekly Stars, Stripes & Sizzle cooking demonstration at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11. The free program features chef-inspired recipes showcasing seasonal summer ingredients and backyard favorites.
