WHEELING — Whether it’s their traditional crispy square cut pizza, fresh baked pepperoni rolls or delicious calzones, the Original DiCarlo’s Pizza shops in downtown St. Clairsville and Morristown offers their customers a variety of delicious menu choices, according to owner Nate King of St. Clairsville.

King said he saw a need for the pizza shops at both locations, as the St. Clairsville location sees customers on a daily basis from the courthouse and many nearby businesses in the downtown area. And the Morristown location next to Union Local High School is also a prime spot for the pizza shop.

In addition to their traditional square, sliced pizza that is made fresh daily, DiCarlo’s offers cheese stuffed Italian, steak, buffalo or veggie calzones and fresh baked 12-inch sandwiches on their menu. Other popular items on their menu include baked and breaded wings and fresh made salads. Some of the “extras” on the menu include their famous pepperoni roll, cheesy bread, breadsticks and veggie rolls. Both locations offer daily lunch specials until 4 p.m.

King said he emphasises a strong work ethic among his employees, as growing up in an athletic family has carried over into the success of his business. In addition, he said strong community involvement has been an extremely important element to that success. He said his pizza shops have been involved with numerous fundraising events for schools, clubs, sporting events and other organizations.

Both locations offer catering for special occasions like birthday parties. The St. Clairsville shop, located at 117 W. Main St., St Clairsville next to the courthouse offers daily delivery. For carryout or delivery at the St. Clairsville location call 740-449-2195.

For carryout at the Morristown location call 740-782-0079. Their hours of operation at both locations are: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2-9 p.m. Sunday.
