Silver Chopsticks offers a weekday lunch buffet with a large variety of food in an enjoyable and relaxing dining room atmosphere. They also offer an array of beef, chicken, seafood and pork entrees from their extensive menu for a great price. Truong said everything they make is fresh and from scratch with the best quality ingredients.

Some of their more popular dishes that keep customers returning for more include: General Tso’s chicken, Lo mein and shrimp fried rice. In addition, for the more health conscience, Silver Chopsticks offers an entire menu of vegetarian and healthy choice meals. Many of their classic dishes such as Lo mein are offered with a choice of chicken, shrimp, pork or beef. The seafood delight is another popular special which is served with shrimp, scallops, crab meat and vegetables. The lobster paired with fresh asparagus is another customer favorite. Crab meat cheese-fried wontons, chicken wings and egg rolls are just a few of the mouth-watering appetizers offered on their menu.
