Towngate Stages American Masterpiece ‘All My Sons’

WHEELING -- Oglebay Institute's Towngate Theatre in Wheeling closes its main stage season with Arthur Miller's American masterpiece "All My Sons."

It will be staged for two weekends -- today through Sunday, May 5-7 and next weekend, May 12 and 13.

In the aftermath of WWII, the Keller family is an American success story. But a long-hidden secret forces them to reckon with greed, denial, repentance and post-war disenchantment across generations. "All My Sons" examines the power of guilt, the price we pay for the American Dream, and our responsibilities to all sons of American wars.

Dennis Fox directs the production. Cast members are Tim Thompson, Brendan Sheehan, Karissa Martin, Rachel Thompson, Alexander Hill, John Reilly, Maria McKelvey, Daniel Loh, Hailey Lewis, and Robert "Bob" McCoy.

Curtain for Towngate's production of "All My Sons" is at 8 p.m. May 5, 6, 12 and 13, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 7. This production is presented with support from Towngate's season sponsor Unified Bank.
