WHEELING — The annual Celtic Festival returns to River City on Saturday, March 1, in Wheeling for a day filled with Irish food, music, culture and more.

Festivities take place from noon to 7:30 p.m. with an array of vendors, cultural cuisine, green beer, Guinness and live music.

Performances scheduled for this year’s event include Celtic Lads from noon to 2 p.m., Johnny Gallagher and the Fitzpatrick School of Irish Dance from 2:30-4:30 p.m. and Abbots Cross from 5-7:30 p.m.
