WHEELING - Whiskey Myers has carved out a reputation as one of the most dynamic and authentic bands in modern American music.

Since emerging from East Texas in 2007, the six-piece has built a devoted fanbase through relentless touring, playing nearly 3,000 live shows and selling out iconic venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Ryman Auditorium.

Whiskey Myers brings its latest tour to the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling on Tuesday, Oct. 6, along with opening act The Ransom Brothers. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m.

Known for their signature blend of Southern rock, country, blues and hard-driving rock and roll, Whiskey Myers has amassed more than 4.1 billion streams, sold over 2.7 million albums and earned nine RIAA Gold, Platinum and multi-Platinum certifications as an independent band.

Their music has been featured in hit television series including "Yellowstone," "Landman," "SEAL Team" and "What/If," further expanding their reach beyond the stage.

Led by Cody Cannon alongside Cody Tate, John Jeffers, Jamey Gleaves, Tony Kent and Jeff Hogg, the band has shared stages with some of music's biggest names, including opening for The Rolling Stones at Chicago's Soldier Field.

Renowned for their electrifying live performances and genre-defying sound, Whiskey Myers continues to push boundaries while staying true to the blue-collar grit and authenticity that have defined them from the beginning.

Special guest for the night, The Ransom Brothers, are Austin-based Southern country rockers pushing the boundaries of Americana. Fronted by Sean McHargue and Daniel Solis, the full band delivers layered instrumentation, heartfelt storytelling, powerful vocal harmonies, and high-octane energy that scales from intimate venues to festival stages.

With their upcoming full-length album, The Ranson Brothers showcase an evolved sonic identity that bridges country, rock, and Americana with raw emotion and captivating performances. This release marks a new chapter for the band and sets the stage for their rise as one of Texas’ most compelling new voices in Southern country rock.
