First Lunch With Books Program Is Remembered

WHEELING — The Ohio County Public Library will revisit its very first Lunch With Books program, discussing the book “The Paradox of Happiness” by author Paul Elbin. The program will take place at noon on Tuesday, Jan 16, at the library in downtown Wheeling. On Jan. 14, 1976, Elbin — then president of West Liberty State College — gave a talk about his book.
