‘Wonka’ Showing at Library

MOUNDSVILLE — On Saturday, June 8, at 11 a.m., the Moundsville-Marshall County Public Library will show the feature film “Wonka” — a family-adventure-comedy that offers an origin story for the Roald Dahl character Willy Wonka. With dreams of opening a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate, a young and poor Willy Wonka discovers that the industry is run by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers. PAP Club in Wheeling Hosts Annual Band Bash Saturday

WHEELING — The PAP Club’s sixth annual Band Bash will take place on Saturday, June 8, with a full slate of live music all afternoon and evening. The Band Bash is open to the public, and the cost of an admission wristband is $10 for all day access.
