Big Laughs Invading The Ohio Valley This Weekend

WHEELING — Comedy night comes to Wheeling tonight, Friday, Feb. 23, at Generations Restaurant & Pub. Featured acts include Georgia Warder, Chuck Lewis, Mike Winland and Ronnie Fleming. Show time is 9:30 p.m. This is a free show. Then on Saturday, Feb. 24, comedy night comes to Cambridge to benefit the Buckeye Trail football team with a show at the Stonegate Hotel. Co-headliners will be comedians Billy Ray Bauer and Tyrone Davis. Show time is 8 p.m.

‘A Haunting in Venice’ Showing At Moundsville Public Library

MOUNDSVILLE — There will be a free film showing on Monday, Feb. 26, at the Moundsville-Marshall County Public Library. The start time will be 6 p.m., taking place in the downstairs meeting room. The feature is “A Haunting In Venice,” an historical-crime-drama based on Agatha Christie mysteries. In post-World War II Venice, Poirot, now retired and living in his own exile, reluctantly attends a seance.
