After seeing what Wheeling merchants have to offer, conclude the day — Saturday, Nov. 25 — by checking out the ice rink at the Plaza on Market, 1053 Market St. The public is invited to skate, free of charge, from 3-8 p.m. Ice skates will be available for use.
