WHEELING – The Ohio County Public Library will celebrate the life of a longtime patron and a great and loyal friend of the Lunch With Books program, Dr. Hossein Yassini-Fard, from 5:30-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 30. “Doc” has been visiting the library and attending programs for many years.
