Parents of the bride are Joe and Debbie Rhodes of Grove City, Ohio, formerly of St. Clairsville.
Parents of the groom are Sara Rine of Mount Vernon and Leonard Rine of Frazeysburg, Ohio.
Jennifer Rhodes, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Greg Watts served as best man.
Averie Kay Oneal was an attendant.
A reception was held on Saturday, Oct. 25.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2012 graduate of The Ohio State University. She is employed at Columbus Eye Surgery Center as a registered nurse.
The groom is a 1990 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and a 2012 graduate of Trident University with a master’s degree in business administration. He is owner of Buckeye Benefit Consulting and is actively serving in the Air Force Reserve.
The couple resides in Grove City.
