Parents of the bride are Brian and Cindy Jefferis.
Parents of the groom are Carolyn Jack Dunfee and the late Eugene E. Jack.
Shannon Singer was maid of honor. Joe Hartley served as best man.

She is employed by Northwood Health Systems in Wheeling.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of River High School and a 1998 graduate of Ohio University. He is employed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in New Martinsville.
The couple resides in Powhatan Point.
