Alexa Rae Beatty and Joseph Glen Richmond were united in marriage on Sept. 29 at Moundsville Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ronald Price officiating the double ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Gregory and Jane Beatty and Thomas and Brenda Richmond, all of Moundsville. Grandparents of the bride are Robert and Nancy Allen of Glen Dale and the late Louis and Betty Kramerick. Grandparents of the groom are Joseph Parks of Cameron and the late Mary Parks; and Glen Richmond of Glen Dale and the late Patricia Richmond.
Kelly McVicker, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Jayson Sykora served as best man.
Other attendants were Chelsey Mahendra and Rusty Holstine. Karlinn and Arleigh McVicker, nieces of the bride, served as flower girls. A reception was held at Grand Vue Park Banquet Hall, Moundsville.
The bride is a 2013 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2015 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with an Associates Degree in executive administrative assistant. She is employed at the Green Tab and Prima Marina.
The groom is a 2013 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2017 graduate of West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in mechanical engineering. He is employed at Covestro.
After a wedding trip to Tennessee, the couple resides in Moundsville.
