Water Line Repair Complete on Main Street in Downtown Wheeling

Wheeling Water Department employees flush this fire hydrant on Main Street late Wednesday while working to repair a 20-inch main water line in the street. Main Street traffic was detoured onto Water Street at 12th Street for a few hours. Public Works Director Russell Jebbia said this project stemmed from the break of a 3-inch waterline last month. Jebbia said officials had to wait for a new clamp to complete this repair.
