Over the last year, Angel Temoshenka has fully embraced her role as the psychologist for Ohio County Schools.

Temoshenka took over as the school system’s psychologist in January, and since that time she’s become known to her students as “Miss Angel.”

School Psychology Awareness Week is observed this week, from Nov. 11-15.

“I love it here,” Temoshenka said. “The staff truly cares about their students, and that makes such a difference. I’ve been in schools where that is not the case, and I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. The staff here at Ohio County Schools motivates me to want to work harder and do better. I like that.”
