Nearly 75 people waited in line in the rain Wednesday night at the new Chick-Fil-A restaurant at The Highlands hoping to earn their chance to win free Chick-fil-A for a year. The first 100 eligible adults standing in line at about 5:45 a.m. today received a digital offer card that included 52 meals with a chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a medium beverage. Customers set up tents and passed the time with dinner and games until this morning. The new Chick-Fil-A at 110 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, will hold a grand opening at 9 a.m. today.
