Two people were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries Monday afternoon after an SUV rolled over in the westbound lane on Interstate 70 just past the Elm Grove on-ramp. Wheeling police said the SUV crashed when the driver braked and swerved to avoid hitting another motorist who was changing lanes. Westbound traffic was at a standstill for about 45 minutes as first responders cleared the scene. The Wheeling Fire Department and West Virginia State Police also responded to the scene.
