One person riding a bicycle was transported to an area hospital following a collision with a flat-bed truck at the intersection of National Road and Park View Road in Wheeling about 4 p.m. Wednesday. Wheeling Police, which are investigating the incident, said the unidentified bicyclist suffered minor injuries in the crash.
