Debbie Joseph, regatta co-founder, recently presented a checked to Jay Prager, CEO of Easterseals, on behalf of the Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta committee. Despite both the regatta and Easterseals telethon being canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the committee made their annual spring donation to the nonprofit.
