The new bright blue color of Fort Henry Bridge and steel beam sections on the western side of the Wheeling Tunnel are visible to passing motorists as the I-70 Bridges Project progressed this week. Painters have been busy moving tarps, scaffolding and other painting supplies as they continue working on the bridge painting process.
