BELMONT - The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is investigating the death of a 40-year-old Wheeling man who was found dead last week in the lake at Barkcamp State Park.
The man has been identified as Thomas J. Piccard of Wheeling, ODNR spokeswoman Stephanie O'Grady said.
Piccard's body was discovered around 8:30 a.m. Friday morning. Officials did not specify who discovered the body.
O'Grady said no foul play is suspected at this time in Piccard's death.
ODNR is continuing to investigate the incident and is being assisted by Bethesda EMS and Belmont County EMS.
