The Most Rev. Mark Brennan, bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, right, offers a blessing Wednesday morning at Wheeling Hospital's recently opened Urgent Care Center, located on the Market Plaza in downtown Wheeling. Nearly two dozen local officials, dignitaries and hospital employees attended the event. Following the blessing, attendees were offered a brief tour of the facility, which opened in July. The bishop also offered a blessing at Wheeling Hospital's new Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bridgeport prior to the urgent care center event.
