Main Street in Wheeling Reduced to One Lane For Pipeline Work

The West Virginia Division of Highways announced Tuesday that Main Street in Wheeling will be restricted to one lane from 11th Street to 16th Street through Oct. 9 for natural gas pipeline work, while Market Street will be closed at the intersection with 20th Street.
