Due to the weather, the Ohio Valley Mall has postponed its victory rally that will honor student athletes from Wheeling Park High School. The event was set for yesterday, but at the request of the school administration it was postponed.
The event will now be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the mall's center court. It will celebrate the state championships obtained by the girls soccer team, and the golf team. The Cafaro Foundation will present the school with a donation during the event.
