Polish Heritage Day Celebrations Planned Throughout Wheeling

WHEELING — Polish heritage will be celebrated in several ways Sunday, with Polish Heritage Day events around Wheeling.

The events begin at noon Sunday with a Polish Mass at Our Lady Of Grace Grotto at 45th and Eoff streets in Wheeling. In the event of rain, Mass will move to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Center Wheeling.

The celebration will move to the P.A.P. Club at 4410 Jacob St. in Wheeling from 1-6 p.m. Polish food, polka music and beer will be available. A $12 plate will give diners kielbasa, pierogies, cabbage rolls, dessert and one free drink of their choice.
