Meth Charges Are Among Ohio County Grand Jury Indictments

A trio of indictments on drug charges lead the slate of indictments returned this week by the September 2021 term of the Ohio County Circuit Court grand jury. All three of the drug indictments included possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: methamphetamine. One of the three has an additional charge of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: a narcotic, cocaine.

Among those indicted are:

– Andrew Raymond Lewis, one count of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: methamphetamine; one count of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: a narcotic, cocaine;

– Harold Wayne Nice, one count of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: methamphetamine;

– John William Shaw, one count of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance: methamphetamine;

– John Harvey Goddard, one count of failure to appear;

– Theresa Marie Prebble, one count of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death;

– Tyrone Martin Allen, Jr., one count of gross child neglect creating substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death;

– Christopher S. Bowman, one county of failure to register as a sex offender;

– Damian Daunte Green, two counts of domestic violence, third or subsequent offense; one count of burglary; one count of violation of a term of bail bond;

– Javone Donte Ferguson, one count of malicious assault;

– Joseph B. Grandpa, one count of entry of a building other than a dwelling;

– Christopher Jo Parker, three counts of attempt to disarm an officer.
