A healthy crowd turned out Saturday for the Party on the Plaza presented by Circus Saints and Sinners at The Plaza on Market in downtown Wheeling. Proceeds from the second-annual event will go toward the $150,000 commitment the organization made last year for the construction of the brand-new 150-bed WVU Medicine Children’s hospital in Morgantown.
