While the official grand opening of the Harbor Freight Tools store at The Highlands is still more than two weeks away, customers can shop the store right now.
The new Harbor Freight had a soft opening earlier this week and customers were seen going in and out of the store that stands in the former Michaels craft store. The official grand opening for the store will be at 8 a.m. Feb. 18.
The store will be open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. It is the 11th Harbor Freight in West Virginia.
"Our team is ready to serve and deliver value to customers in Triadelphia and all of Ohio County," said store manager Jennifer Rogers. "At Harbor Freight, we recognize that now, more than ever, our customers depend on us for the tools they need to get the job done at an affordable price."
The store stocks a full selection of tools and equipment in categories including automotive, air and power tools, storage, outdoor power equipment, generators, welding supplies, shop equipment, hand tools and much more.
The company, which hires locally, has brought between 25-30 new jobs to the surrounding community.
