Members of the United Steelworkers union rally in front of the Capitol Theatre on Saturday evening, calling for fair treatment and a fair contract from Tecnocap. According to published reports, 51 people recently were laid off from Tecnocap. USW has filed complaints of unfair labor practices against the company.
