Workers at Animal Urgent Care are currently caring for a cat that was brought in by a Good Samaritan after being hit by a car on W.Va. 2 south near Ziegenfelder Co. in East Wheeling. The female seems well fed with no fleas. She suffered some injuries, and her veterinary care is being taken care of by the Ohio County SPCA.
