Members of Project Forward/Strawberry Festival committee prepare for Saturday's Strawberry Festival on Fourth Street in Martins Ferry from noon to 10 p.m. The festival will feature inflatables, a car show, craft vendors, strawberry shortcake, a dog show, beer, wine and food trucks. Entertainment will include the Sarah Hays Band at 12:30 p.m., Crush at 3:30 p.m. and Bon Journey at 7 p.m. Major sponsors include Dan Stephens State Farm, Unified Bank, Hot Rod Tattooing, AEP, Wilson Funeral Home-Heslop Chapel, Belmont County Tourism and Media sponsor The Times Leader.
