The Mountaineer Brewfest on Tuesday presented Family Service -- Upper Ohio Valley with a $45,000 donation from the proceeds of this year's festival, held in August at Wheeling's Heritage Port. This marks the organization's largest single donation, and brings its fundraising total, over nine years, to $213,000.
