Workers with Triton Construction of St. Albans smooth out recently poured concrete to fill the sidewalk in front of the offices of The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register on Wednesday morning. The work is part of the Downtown Streetscape Project that is transforming both Main and Market streets in the city.
