The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and other dignitaries host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of Great Clips at 144 Lafayette Ave. in Moundsville’s Shopping Plaza near the Aldi’s grocery store. This marks the salon’s second location in Moundsville. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday; 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Saturdays; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
