Artist Rachel Goodman cuts through a ribbon made by Wheeling Country Day School students Saturday to celebrate the new “Wonder Garden” mural on the side of the school’s multipurpose building. Goodman donated the time to design and paint the artwork, with help from WCDS students and parents.
