McKinley Carter Wealth Services recently was honored by an industry magazine as one of the best registered investment advisors firms to work for.

Financial Planning Magazine named the firm as one of the top 60 RIA firms. The magazine conducted a comprehensive two-part review of hundreds of firms nationwide and placed McKinley Carter Wealth Services among the top.

The review process involved surveying financial professionals employed within the participating organizations to assess various factors such as leadership, compensation and benefits, communication, training, workplace environment, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Concurrently, researchers meticulously examined each firm’s policies, practices, benefit structures, systems, and demographics to gain a holistic understanding of their operational dynamics.

To qualify for this recognition, firms were required to meet specific criteria, including registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a minimum of 10 U.S.-based employees, a physical presence in the United States, and a minimum of one year of business experience. The final rankings were determined by combining the results of the employee survey and the independent evaluation.
