Gas line installation planned in Marshall County

A portion of Marshall County Route 21/7 (Hawkey Hill Road) near Frohnapfel Lane in Proctor will be restricted to one lane from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning on Friday, April 3, through early June for gas line installation. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect slight delays.

W.Va. 2 lane closure extended

A portion of W.Va. 2 in Moundsville from milepost 12.0 to milepost 13.16 will have the northbound lane closed through Friday, April 3, for a rock slide removal. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect slight delays.

Portions of Interstate 470 and W.Va. 2 between the on and off ramps in Wheeling will have the one lane closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning on Monday, March 30 through Thursday, April 2, for overhead steel structure repair. Also, 29th Street under W.Va. 2 may have a single lane closure during this time. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.

Restrictions set for I-470 off ramp

The Interstate 470 westbound Exit 1 off ramp in Wheeling will be restricted from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, March 30, and Tuesday, March 31, for ditching. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down.

A portion of eastbound and westbound U.S. 22 will have the left lanes closed between County Route 1 (Harmon Creek) and the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge beginning Monday, April 6, through Monday, April 13, for road maintenance and traffic control installation.
