Members of the Moundsville Middle School studio art program spent Friday afternoon putting a new look on a building at the 12th Street baseball fields in Moundsville. The student painted two murals, teacher Tabetha Morgan said, in a partnership with the City of Moundsville to enhance the look of city buildings. Morgan said her class will get numerous future opportunities to do so.
