Rotary Club Completes Adopt-A-Highway Project

Rotary Club of Wheeling members completed their spring Adopt-a-Highway cleanup on National Road from Perkins to Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday. In addition to organizing various service projects, Rotary provides members opportunities to network, socialize and learn about their community through weekly speaker meetings.
