West Virginia Delegate Shawn Fluharty, D-Ohio, speaks to the crowd in attendance Wednesday night at the kickoff reception for his campaign for West Virginia Senate. Fluharty is running unopposed in the Democratic primary for the District 1 Senate seat. He will face the winner of the Republican primary between incumbent Sen. Laura Wakim Chapman and Joe Eddy in November.
