Marshall County Schools Honors 18 Retirees

MOUNDSVILLE — As the 2025-26 academic year comes to an end, so do the careers of the 18 teachers and service personnel members who will be retiring from Marshall County Schools.

The retirees, who have a combined 420 years of experience, include Jeanne Allman, Judy Booth, Beverly Brooks, Doug Brown, Gibbs Davidson, Leanne Dobbs, Carla Garrison, James Hammel, Carla Hubbs, Eugene Magnone, Helen Marsh, Debbie Mosa, Jennifer Patrick, Tami Scollick, Debbie Shaffer-Palmer, Judy Stanley, Edna Taylor and Rich Woods.

The retirees were recognized by Superintendent Shelby Haines and board of education members during a reception held in their honor at a recent board meeting.

“Each faculty and staff member will be greatly missed by students, parents, colleagues and administration; however, the impact they have made on the lives they’ve touched will live on forever,” Haines said.
