Anguel Lindarev

WesBanco announced Tuesday that Anguel Lindarev has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He will report to Jan Pattishall-Krupinski, Chief Administration Officer.

Lindarev brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation across the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Capital Bank. He has also held CIO and senior technology leadership roles at American National Bank, Comerica Bank, and American Express.

“Anguel brings a strong track record of advancing technology capabilities in ways that drive business performance,” Pattishall-Krupinski said “His builder mindset, collaborative leadership style, and focus on innovation and talent development are vital as we continue to strengthen our technology platform and support our growth.”

In his new role, Lindarev will be responsible for all aspects of technology, including enterprise architecture, infrastructure, technology operations, applications, digital banking, data and analytics, information and physical security.
