West Virginia First Foundation Hosting Virtual Public Listening Session

The Region 1 Expert Panel of the West Virginia First Foundation is holding a virtual public listening session at 4 p.m. Tuesday. This event will offer members of the community the opportunity to meet with their regional panel, ask questions, share ideas, and learn more about the panel’s role in the upcoming round of WVFF grant funding initiatives.

The event is designed to encourage open dialogue and idea sharing between the panel and the communities across Brooke, Hancock, Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel counties. Attendees will be able to engage directly with panel members, gain insights into current WVFF funding announcements, and share their perspectives in an open, welcoming forum.

“Connecting directly with the people we serve is essential for our growth and direction as a young foundation,” said Dr. Steve Corder, WVFF Region 1 Board Member. “These listening sessions are a fantastic opportunity to gather genuine community feedback and innovative ideas to ensure our future initiatives truly reflect local needs.”

Organizations seeking funding, local leaders, and community members wanting to learn more are all encouraged to attend. To join, join the video call link at or https://meet.google.com/wrg-ovtx-eyi or dial 650-451-5547 and enter the PIN 629 063 208#.
