2026 Marshall County Fair Nearly In The Books

MOUNDSVILLE -- The final day of the Marshall County Fair, Saturday, July 25, will feature a pie-eating contest at noon, a demolition derby at 4 p.m. and a live performance by country music star Deana Carter.
Carter, known for hit songs including “Strawberry Wine,” will perform at 9 p.m. on the main festival stage at the fairgrounds, 1433 12th St., Moundsville. Opening for Carter will be Left of Read at 7 p.m.
Admission to the fair is $15 and includes carnival rides and entertainment, including the concerts.
Carnival rides by Gambill Amusements are scheduled from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. The Noah Royak Stage Show, of “America’s Got Talent” fame, is scheduled for 2 and 6 p.m. The Live Stingray Encounter will be available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
STEM activities will be offered in the 4-H and FFA Building from 2 to 8 p.m.
The fair also features hundreds of 4-H, FFA, open-class and livestock exhibits.
